A child's funeral - how we help
The loss of a child is an experience for which no one can prepare and which cannot be described. In those moments parents should not have to deal with formalities - so we take on all the arrangements, acting with the greatest possible gentleness, patience and respect. We take every decision at the family's pace, we never press, and we always explain calmly what needs to be done and why.
We arrange farewells for children in every form - religious and secular - and support parents of lost children, including after miscarriage and stillbirth. We advise on the documents required for the burial, on the right to bury a lost child and on the benefits available. We provide children's coffins and urns, gentle floral arrangements and full organisational support.

Formalities - we handle them for you
For a child’s burial, including a child lost during pregnancy, documents issued by the hospital are required (including the medical certificate of death or the stillbirth certificate) as well as a certificate from the Civil Registry Office. Parents of children lost during pregnancy have the right to a burial regardless of the length of the pregnancy - we help obtain the necessary certificates and complete all the formalities.
We also explain matters of benefits, including the funeral allowance, and help with contacting the hospital. We do this calmly and with full understanding that every conversation in such a situation takes enormous effort.
