Different rules apply to reserving a space during one's lifetime, renewing the fee and additional burials. A quote must include the applicable administration fees and agreed services. Full tariffs are published by Warsaw Municipal Cemeteries Authority (ZCK).

The cost of a cremation funeral depends on the services chosen, the cremation coffin, urn and cemetery fees. We prepare a detailed quote individually.

Costs cover care and preparation of the deceased, cremation where chosen, transport, a coffin or urn, a grave marker, flowers, ceremony arrangements and cemetery administration fees.

For a death on or after 1 January 2026, the ZUS funeral allowance rate is 7,000 PLN; for a death on or before 31 December 2025, it is 4,000 PLN. ZUS eligibility conditions must be met. The payment also depends on the applicant's status and whether costs were shared. We help prepare form Z-12 and authorisation for payment to the funeral director. Payment arrangements

Help with using the ZUS funeral allowance

The person or organisation that paid the funeral costs applies for the allowance. Organising the ceremony alone does not establish entitlement. Entitlement must also exist under the relevant ZUS rules. ZUS decides eligibility and the amount paid.

We help prepare form Z-12 and authorisation for the allowance to be paid to the funeral director. Whether payment without an advance is possible, any balance due and the payment date are agreed individually after checking the documents and quote.

With a signed Z-12 form, the appropriate authorisation and required documents, we help arrange the ZUS allowance payment. Authorisation does not replace receipts or invoices. We agree the assistance provided and payment terms with the family before services are ordered.
